1. DEFINITIONS

Company: Refers to PERK WAGON MERCHANT PRIVATE LIMITED.

User / Participant: Any individual registered on the platform.

Platform: www.perkwagon.com/mobile application operated by the Company.

Products: Apparels, Services, Accessories ORGoods sold through the platform.

Commission Plan: Fixed % (Percentage)on product selling price.

Commission structure: Affiliate referral-based multilevel commission earnings structure.

2. BUSINESS MODEL DISCLOSURE

The Company operates a product-based eCommerce business with a referral reward system.

The program is NOT an investment scheme, deposit scheme, or money circulation scheme.

Income is generated only through the sale of products/services.

Registration does not guarantee any earnings.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE

To participate, users must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide valid Documents (Bank Details, Contact Number and Email)

Use only one account per individual.

Provide accurate and complete information.

The Company reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must register via the official platform only.

Account credentials are the sole responsibility of the user.

Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately.

5. ACTIVITY & ELIGIBILITY MAINTENANCE CLAUSE

A User’s account shall remain “Active” for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of their last qualifying activity.

“Qualifying Activity” includes:

Sale of Company products/services to customers, OR

Purchase of products/services for personal use (optional, not mandatory)

Users may maintain active status through sales alone, without any obligation to make personal purchases.

The Company does not require mandatory monthly purchases, and no User shall be compelled to buy products solely for the purpose of earning commissions.

In the absence of qualifying activity within the defined period, the User’s account may be marked as “Inactive,” and commission eligibility may be temporarily suspended until reactivation.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY & ACTIVITY PROTECTION CLAUSE

In the event that any or all Company products/services are temporarily unavailable, out of stock, or not purchasable due to operational, technical, or supply-related issues, Users shall not be penalized for inability to perform qualifying activity.

• During such periods, the User’s “Active” status shall be automatically extended,
• Users shall continue to remain eligible for commission benefits during such period, subject to other applicable conditions.
• The requirement for maintaining activity through product sell or purchase(optional, not mandatory) shall be waived for the duration of such unavailability.
• The Company shall make reasonable efforts to restore product availability within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Products & Orders

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Minor variations may occur in product appearance
• Product availability may change without notice

Pricing & Taxes
